洛興雅難民童很喜歡上課，認真寫作業，。(翻攝自孟加拉聯合新聞網(UNB)) 根據昨日聯合國兒童基金會(UNICEF)常駐於洛興雅難民營的印格蘭（Simon Ingram)受訪時表示，洛興雅人近期不可能回歸緬甸，如何提供難民兒童長期、完整的教育，是眼下嚴重的問題。 印格蘭說相較於去年八月，科克斯巴扎爾（Cox’s Bazaar)難民營已經較有秩序了，輸水、交通等基礎設施較健全，物資分配穩定，難民日常生活也不再那麼慌張。但眼下最嚴重的問題，是孩子們需要系統性完整的教育資源，否則恐削弱整個世代。 去年第一批洛興雅難民湧入孟加拉時，印格蘭就見證他們狼狽創傷的表情，孩子們惶然的表情更是難以言表。現在，他說各年齡的孩子都表現出強烈的求學欲望，但目前的教室和教材都是東拼西湊出來的。緬甸的狀況，短時間內不可能讓難民回歸，國際應意識到，孟加拉的難民營勢必成為長期的解法。印格蘭說，他們現在正在規劃完整教材，包含讀寫、數學、科學等，還有目前匱乏的14歲以上青少年需要的課程，即將開始實施。 原始資料：UN News Podcasst
